Promotions + Offres

We offer bundle discounts for up to three units of the same model — Carepod Cube Plus, Carepod One, and Carepod Mini — in case you need Carepods for multiple rooms or indoor spaces. This is perfect for homes or indoor spaces with several rooms.

Very occasionally, we run seasonal promotions. Be sure to visit our European store to view any offers available to you.

Want to be the first to hear about exclusive offers? Join Carepod's email list to stay in the loop on upcoming promotions.

You can apply coupon codes at the checkout page.

You will see an input field that says "Discount code or gift card", where you can add your code. After pressing the "Apply" button, the code should successfully be applied to your order.

Please note that only codes for active promotions will be successful.

There are a few reasons why a discount code might not work:

  • During website promotional periods, such as our Black Friday or seasonal sales, discount codes are auto-applied at checkout to reflect the active sale. These offers cannot be stacked with other discount codes.
  • To use a new or different discount code instead, its value must be higher than the auto-applied sale discount.

If you're still experiencing issues, our Customer Support Team is here to help!

Please email us at support@carepodeurope.com, and include key details such as the discount code you're trying to use and any error message shown at checkout. This will help us resolve the matter more quickly.

Normally, promotional codes cannot be stacked with existing promotions. However, if there's an exception, it will usually be spelled out during the promotion.

Our promotions are typically intended for new customers or new orders within the promotion period.

If you have questions regarding a recent order or promotion, we're happy to provide additional guidance. Please email us at support@carepodeurope.com and include your order number along with the sale or discount code you're referring to.

Unfortunately, once a promotion has ended, we're unable to extend or apply the discount retroactively.

Tige d’oscillateur

The lifespan of your Carepod wand or oscillator depends on how often you use your humidifier and how well it's maintained. Under normal use and gentle care, wands or oscillators typically can last for years.

Using filtered or distilled water, cleaning your Carepod regularly, and handling the wand gently all help extend its lifespan.

If you need a replacement wand, just email us at support@carepodeurope.com and we'll be happy to help. Replacements are also covered under your 2-year statutory warranty if the wand is found to be faulty.

If you notice any cracks or visual breakage on your humidifier wand, it may be due to prolonged exposure to water inside the wand, repeated physical impact while handling, or internal water accumulation. If you gently shake the wand and hear water inside, this may indicate internal damage.

Please email us at support@carepodeurope.com with a photo of the issue and your order details, and our team will help you arrange a replacement or repair. Faulty wands are covered under your 2-year statutory warranty.

If you notice colored spots on your humidifier wand, it may be due to mineral deposits or impurities in the water over time.

Here are the steps we recommend:

  • Clean the white wand at least once a week. Gently wash only the bottom half of the white wand. For extra care, use a soft sponge or a gentle toothbrush.
  • If you wish to sterilize the white wand, you may quickly dip the base into boiling water for 1-2 seconds only.
  • Always use filtered or distilled water. Using tap water may result in impurities or mineral deposits that will negatively affect your wand.

If the spots persist after cleaning, please contact us at support@carepodeurope.com and we'll be glad to assist.

Carepod Cube Plus

Carepod Cube Plus is an ultrasonic dual cool and warm mist humidifier designed with a stainless steel water tank for easier cleaning and 99.9% sterilisability.

Doctor-invented and filter-free, Carepod helps to hydrate spaces up to around 65 m² (700 sq ft), bringing fresh, healthy and clean air to living rooms, bedrooms, offices and indoor spaces everywhere.

  • Built-in heat sanitisation technology for extra bacteria-killing support.
  • Auto-humidity controls keep your space perfectly hydrated.
  • Night mode turns off the lights for a better, even more restful sleep.
  • Enjoy better breathing, improved sleep and healthier skin.

Carepod Cube Plus is ideally used in rooms of around 65 m² (700 sq ft). We recommend using your humidifier in a room that is not too big or too small for its capacity, as this can lead to over-humidification or ineffective use.

This timing may vary depending on your mist intensity.

Carepod Cube Plus can run for up to a maximum of 32 hours on Mist Level 1. It can run for up to a maximum of 12 hours on Mist Level 3, the highest intensity setting.

You can also adjust the built-in timer to choose how many consecutive hours you would like your humidifier to run, ranging from four to eight hours.

Please be aware that the humidifier's run time may also vary depending on environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.

Carepod Cube Plus weighs approximately 3.6 kg (8 lbs) and measures 25 x 25 x 30 cm (9.84″ x 9.84″ x 11.81″), with a water tank capacity of 4.2 L.

The EU version of Carepod Cube Plus operates on 220–240V~, 50/60Hz, and ships with a European plug. It consumes 29W in cool-mist mode and 100W in warm-mist mode.

Here's how to get started:

  1. Unbox and take out your new Carepod.
  2. (Optional step) Attach the four legs with the included screws. A screwdriver is not included.
  3. Lift the lid of the humidifier.
  4. Remove the tape securing its lid.
  5. Attach the white wand into the inner lid. Lift it slightly so it is parallel to the inner lid.
  6. Move your Carepod to your desired space for hydration.
  7. Set your Carepod on top of a table, stool or elevated surface that is at least 60 cm (two feet) off the floor. This helps the mist circulate properly and keeps it from collecting on the floor.
  8. Fill the water tank up to the MAX line with filtered or distilled water.
  9. Gently pull the white wand down, towards the direction of the tank.
  10. Close the lid.
  11. Connect the power cord.

If you need any help getting set up, contact us at support@carepodeurope.com.

Carepod Cube Plus is ideally used in rooms of around 65 m² (700 sq ft).

It is best to use your humidifier in a space that is not too big or too small for its capacity – otherwise this can result in over-humidification or ineffective hydration.

We recommend placing your Carepod on a table, stool or elevated surface that is at least 60 cm (two feet) off the floor. This helps the mist circulate properly and keeps it from collecting on the floor.

Take care to place it in an area that is not directly adjacent to objects that are sensitive and may warp from over-exposure to moisture. This may include artwork, electrical areas, or wooden objects or surfaces such as hardwood floors or tables.

We also recommend keeping the humidifier away from extreme temperatures. Do not place Carepod in an area where it would come into contact with hot air, such as direct sunlight, or near gas stoves, heaters, and so on.

Lastly, if you are placing your humidifier in a bedroom, keep it at least 1 m (three feet) away if aiming towards the bed. If it is placed on a nightstand, aim Carepod away from the bed. This way, the occupant will not be directly exposed to too much moisture, and the mist can fully circulate throughout the room.

If you need to assemble your Carepod Cube Plus for any reason, here are the steps:

  1. First, lay out all the parts.
  2. There are six parts: the main Carepod body, stainless steel water tank, inner lid cover, white wand, silicone seal and white centre knob.
  3. Lift the lid gently.
  4. Press the silicone seal firmly into the inner lid.
  5. Attach the stainless steel inner lid cover.
  6. Secure the inner lid cover with the white centre knob.
  7. Place the water tank inside.
  8. Align the lip of the water tank with the lip of the main body.
  9. Lastly, plug the wand into the inner lid.

If you would like step-by-step help, contact us at support@carepodeurope.com.

On the top of your Carepod Cube Plus there is a main panel with four buttons.

From left to right: Power, Mist/Auto, Timer/Night Mode and Heater/Sanitise.

The Power button lets you turn your humidifier on and off. Press it once to turn your Carepod Cube Plus on. If the water tank is full, it will start hydrating at Level 3 Mist, as indicated by the white LED light.

To stop humidification, press the Power button again. Your Carepod will automatically shut off after 30 seconds. Please note that the Power LED light turns red when it detects a low water level in your humidifier.

The Mist button lets you adjust the amount of humidity your Carepod emits. Press the button to cycle to the next level of intensity.

  • Level 1: Low mist
  • Level 2: Medium mist
  • Level 3: High mist

The Auto mode sets your Carepod to run at medium-level mist. It automatically turns on or off by detecting your room's humidity levels and continuously hydrates to reach a range of 40%–60% RH.

To turn this mode on, tap and hold the button. All three LED lights turn white when active.

The Timer button lets you set a run time for humidification. Press the button to cycle to the next level of duration.

  • Level 1: Four hours
  • Level 2: Six hours
  • Level 3: Eight hours

For each button, you can press through to cycle through the different levels or settings. The LED indicator lights change as time passes to show how much time is remaining. Not setting the Timer means continuous operation until the water runs out.

The Night mode turns off all the lights. Alert sounds will remain on.

To turn on Night mode, tap and hold the button. To end Night mode when it is active, simply tap any button on the humidifier's control panel.

The Heater button turns on warm mist. Tap the button to activate this mode. The first LED light turns white once Heater mode is on.

The Heater/Sanitise button also lets you schedule a sanitisation cycle that automatically starts at a certain water level. To schedule it, tap and hold the Heater/Sanitise button until the unit beeps. The left LED turns solid white and the right LED begins blinking red to indicate the cycle has been successfully scheduled.

The first button is the Power button. Press it once to turn your Carepod on. If the water tank is full, it will start hydrating at Level 3 Mist, as indicated by the white LED light.

To stop humidification, press the Power button again. Your Carepod will automatically shut off after 30 seconds.

Press the Power button, then press the Heater/Sanitise button. The first LED light turns white once Heater mode is on.

The water temperature inside the tank gradually warms to approximately 41°C to 46°C (106°F to 115°F) over the course of 30–60 minutes. During the colder months, we recommend adding lukewarm or warm distilled or filtered water (around 30°C / 86°F) to produce heated mist more quickly.

For increased safety, the Cube Plus water never reaches the high or boiling temperatures of a traditional steam vaporiser.

If you press the Heater/Sanitise button again, the white alert bars turn off and the unit switches back to cool mist.

The best water for your Carepod is always distilled or filtered water.

We recommend against tap water, due to the extreme variations in quality, which may depend drastically on your region.

Please note: Tap water contains impurities and minerals that may leave white dust or particles behind, and can affect the quality of hydration as well as the proper care of your device.

Yes, RO (reverse osmosis) water can be added to Carepod for hydration use, as long as it is not being filtered inside the humidifier.

Carepod Cube Plus uses a unique patented process of heat pasteurisation to sanitise the humidifier. It removes harmful bacteria in just a 2-hour cycle. This feature has been added for additional hygiene and extra peace of mind.

Note: After the heat sanitisation cycle ends, don't forget to let the tank cool down for at least 1 hour before discarding the leftover water and refilling with fresh filtered water.

Night mode turns off all the lights while keeping alert sounds active.

To turn on Night mode, tap and hold the button.

To end Night mode, simply tap any button on the humidifier's control panel.

Once the sanitisation cycle is complete, the two blinking LED lights turn solid red.

To return to normal operating mode, discard the remaining water from the cycle. Be sure to wait for the cool-down period before handling the water tank. When ready, fill the water tank with fresh distilled or filtered water. Tap the Heater/Sanitise button to reset the humidifier.

Please note that it is normal to have around 5 cm (2 inches) of water remaining in the tank after a cycle is completed.

No, the Carepod Cube Plus does not sanitise the air. Instead, it sanitises the internal parts of the humidifier, including the water tank, wand and stainless steel cover.

It applies pasteurisation to kill harmful bacteria and pathogens within a 2-hour cycle, at a water temperature between 70°C and 75°C (158°F–167°F).

This extra level of hygiene results in greater peace of mind.

To turn on Auto-humidity, simply tap the Mist/Auto button until all three LED lights turn white.

Auto mode sets your Carepod to run at a medium-level mist. It automatically turns the mist on or off by detecting your room's humidity levels, continuously hydrating to reach a range of 40%–60% relative humidity.

Please note that humidity levels are measured by Carepod's built-in hygrometer. Measurements may fluctuate depending on where your humidifier is placed within the room.

On the top of your Carepod Cube Plus there is a main panel with four buttons. From left to right: Power, Mist/Auto, Timer/Night Mode and Heater/Sanitise.

The Mist button lets you adjust the amount of humidity your Carepod emits. Around the Mist button are three LED light bars. These bars turn white to indicate the humidity level your humidifier is set to. Press the button to cycle to the next level of intensity.

  • Level 1: Low mist
  • Level 2: Medium mist
  • Level 3: High mist

On the top of your Carepod Cube Plus there is a main panel with four buttons. From left to right: Power, Mist/Auto, Timer/Night Mode and Heater/Sanitise.

On top of the Timer button are three LED lights. If you do not wish to run your humidifier continuously, you can use this button to choose a set run time.

  • Level 1: Four hours (first light is white)
  • Level 2: Six hours (first two lights are white)
  • Level 3: Eight hours (all lights are white)

As time passes, the Timer LED lights change levels to show how much time is left.

For example, if you set Carepod Cube Plus to Level 2 (six hours), after two hours the lights will turn white at Level 1 to show that there are four hours left.

Find the Power button, located on the top of your Carepod Cube Plus. The LED lights indicate the level of water remaining in the stainless steel tank.

  • Level 1: Lowest water level (first light is white)
  • Level 2: Medium water level (first two lights are white)
  • Level 3: Full water level (all lights are white)

We recommend always beginning your room's hydration by filling your Carepod's water tank with distilled or filtered water to the MAX line (but not above the MAX line).

Please note that Carepod stops hydrating once it reaches its lowest water level, leaving behind around 2–5 cm (1–2 inches) of water in the tank to protect its self-floating wand.

For best performance, you may swap in fresh distilled or filtered water every 48 hours.

We do NOT recommend adding essential or aromatherapy oils to your Carepod.

Oils can coat or damage the tank and internal parts, affecting both performance and longevity.

There are two ways to clean your premium humidifier – either through gentle hand-washing or sterilisation.

  1. Remove three parts from your Carepod:
    1. Water tank
    2. Inner lid cover
    3. White wand
  2. Hand-wash two parts – the stainless steel water tank and inner lid cover – gently with washing-up liquid and water. You may also sterilise both parts in boiling water.
  3. Gently wash only the bottom half of the white wand. For extra care, use a soft sponge or a gentle toothbrush. If you wish to sterilise the white wand, you may quickly dip the base into boiling water for 1–2 seconds only.
  4. When washing the white wand, take care to wash only the bottom half. Do not wash the top half, where the wand plugs into the humidifier's inner lid.
  5. Fully dry all parts with a clean towel.

Two parts of your Carepod can be sterilised in boiling water – the stainless steel water tank and the stainless steel inner lid cover.

If you would like to sterilise the white wand, be sure to only quickly dip the base in boiling water for 1–2 seconds.

Yes, two detachable parts of your Carepod Cube Plus are dishwasher-safe:

  • Stainless steel water tank
  • Stainless steel inner lid cover

For optimal, long-lasting performance, we recommend the following:

  • Use gentle dishwasher detergents, as harsh detergents can affect the materials over time.
  • Place the stainless steel items on your dishwasher's upper rack, spaced apart from other items for the best cleaning and drying.
  • Use the dishwasher's minimum temperature setting to help prevent surface wear caused by prolonged exposure to higher heat settings.

The water temperature inside the tank gradually warms to approximately 41°C to 46°C (106°F to 115°F). For safety reasons, and depending on the starting water temperature, it may take 30–60 minutes to reach the higher levels. You may use lukewarm or warm distilled or filtered water for quicker results.

For increased safety, the Cube Plus water never reaches the high or boiling temperatures of a traditional steam vaporiser.

If you scheduled a sanitisation cycle, it will start automatically. The left LED turns solid white and the red LED blinks to indicate the cycle has been successfully scheduled.

To troubleshoot, follow these steps:

  • Check the Heater/Sanitise button: two blinking red LEDs indicate that the sanitisation cycle is active.
  • Check the water level: the cycle will only begin once the water reaches the programmed low level.

Note: The water temperature may reach between 70°C and 75°C (158°F–167°F) during the sanitisation cycle. Please use extreme caution if you need to check the water inside the tank.

If the issue continues, contact us at support@carepodeurope.com and we'll be happy to help.

Take a look at the three indicator lights above the Power button, then check the status:

  • Level 1 flashing red three times: this signals that your tank is filled with water. Wait a few seconds and this alert should disappear.
  • Level 1 staying red: this means there is not enough water for humidification. Make sure to add the right amount of water, up to (but not above) the MAX fill line. If there is enough water, this could indicate an issue with the wand. To troubleshoot, check the white wand: unplug it from the inner lid, examine it for any signs of spots or cracks, then gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues or hear water rattling inside, please contact us at support@carepodeurope.com so we can help under your statutory warranty.
  • Level 2 red: your humidifier may be experiencing a PCB (printed circuit board) error. Please contact us at support@carepodeurope.com and we'll arrange support.

Take a look at your Timer button.

  • Level 1 red: a red light flashing on the Timer button could indicate a potential issue with the wand or a fan failure.
  • Check the white wand. Unplug it from the inner lid. Examine the wand for any signs of spots or cracks. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues or hear water rattling inside, please contact us at support@carepodeurope.com.

If you see no issue with the wand but the Timer button remains red, contact us at support@carepodeurope.com and we'll help you under your statutory warranty.

Try these solutions:

  • Check whether the humidifier is set to Mist Level 1 (low intensity). If it is low, press the Mist button to increase the intensity for a more powerful mist.
  • Check the water level. Examine the tank to make sure the water level is at or just below the MAX fill line. If it is below the recommended level, refill to the MAX fill line with filtered or distilled water.
  • Check the white wand's attachment. Is it firmly plugged into your Carepod's inner lid? Try unplugging and replugging it. When closing the lid, make sure the base of the wand is submerged in the water.
  • Examine the white wand for any signs of spots or cracks after you unplug it from the inner lid. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues or hear water rattling inside, please contact us at support@carepodeurope.com.
  • Clean the white wand. If the wand looks fine structurally but you find any residue that might be disrupting its ability to create mist, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottom half of the wand. You may use a soft sponge or toothbrush with soap and water to clean it gently.

Carepod One

Carepod One is an ultrasonic cool mist humidifier designed with a stainless steel water tank for easier cleaning and 99.9% sterilizability.

Doctor-invented and filter-free, Carepod is built to support your immune system and alleviate cold, allergy, and flu symptoms by hydrating dry air.

Carepod One is ideally used in rooms that are around 46.5 m² (500 sq ft). We recommend using your humidifier in a room that is not too big or too small for its capacity, as this can lead to over-humidification or ineffective use.

This timing may vary depending on your mist intensity.

Carepod One can run up to 30 hours on Mist Level 1 and can run up to a maximum of 10 hours on Mist Level 3, the highest intensity setting.

Additionally, you can adjust the built-in timer to choose how many consecutive hours you would like your humidifier to run, ranging from four to eight hours.

Please be aware that the humidifier's operation duration may also vary depending on environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.

Carepod One weighs 3.6 kg, measures 27.5 cm x 26 cm x 23.6 cm, and can be conveniently placed anywhere indoors.

Carepod One uses 220–240V~, 50/60Hz voltage at 29W.

Here's how to get started:

  1. Unbox and take out your new Carepod.
  2. Remove the tape securing its lid.
  3. Attach the white wand into the inner lid. Lift it slightly so it's parallel to the inner lid.
  4. Move your Carepod to your desired space for hydration.
  5. Set your Carepod on top of a table, stool or elevated surface that's at least 60 cm off the floor. This will help the mist circulate properly and keep it from collecting on the floor.
  6. Fill the water tank up to the MAX line with filtered/distilled water.
  7. Pull down the wand slightly so it can oscillate properly in the water.
  8. Close the lid.
  9. Connect the power cord.
  10. You're ready to hydrate your room!

Carepod One is ideally used in rooms that are around 46.5 m² (500 sq ft).

It is best to use your humidifier in a space that is not too big or too small for its capacity – otherwise, this can result in over-humidification or ineffective hydration.

We recommend placing the Carepod in a higher location, such as a tabletop or stool, so that the mist has some clearance in the air. Also, place it in an area that is not directly adjacent to objects that are sensitive and may warp from over-exposure to moisture. This may include art, electrical areas, or wooden areas, such as hardwood floors or tables.

We also advise keeping the humidifier away from extreme temperatures. Do not place Carepod in an area where it would come into contact with hot air, such as direct sunlight, or near gas stoves, heaters, etc. If you are placing your humidifier in a bedroom, make sure to keep it at least one metre away from the bed.

This way, the occupant will not be directly exposed to too much moisture.

If you need to assemble your Carepod One for any reason, here are the steps:

  1. First, lay out all the parts.
  2. There are six: the main Carepod body, stainless steel water tank, inner lid cover, white wand, orange silicone seal, and white center knob.
  3. Press the silicone seal firmly into the inner lid.
  4. Attach the stainless-steel inner lid cover.
  5. Secure the inner lid with the white center knob.
  6. Place the water tank inside.
  7. Align the lip of the tank with the lip of the main body.
  8. Lastly, plug the wand into the inner lid.

On the top of your Carepod, there is a main panel with three buttons.

From left to right: Mist, Power, and Timer.

The Mist button allows you to adjust the amount of humidity your Carepod emits. Press the button to cycle to the next level of intensity.

  • Level 1: Low mist
  • Level 2: Medium mist
  • Level 3: High mist

The Power button allows you to turn on and off your humidifier. It will turn red when it detects a low water level in your humidifier.

The Timer button lets you set a run time for humidification. Press the button to cycle to the next level of duration.

  • Level 1: Four hours
  • Level 2: Six hours
  • Level 3: Eight hours

For each button, you can press through to cycle through different levels or settings.

There are three buttons on the top of your Carepod.

The center button is the Power button. Press this once to begin hydrating your room.

To stop humidification, press the Power button again. Your Carepod will automatically shut off after 30 seconds.

The best water for your Carepod One is always distilled or filtered water.

We recommend against tap water, due to the extreme variations in quality, which may depend drastically on your geographical region.

Please note: Tap water contains impurities and minerals that may leave white dust or particles behind, and impact the quality of hydration, as well as the proper care for your device.

Yes, reverse osmosis water can be added to Carepod for hydration use, as long as it's not being filtered inside the humidifier.

On the top of your Carepod, there is a main panel with three buttons. From left to right: Mist, Power, and Timer.

Located around the Mist button are three LED light bars.

These bars will turn green to show the humidity level your humidifier is set to. Press the Mist button to adjust the humidity level.

  • Level 1: Low humidification (first bar is green)
  • Level 2: Medium mist (first two bars are green)
  • Level 3: High mist (all bars are green)

On the top of your Carepod, there is a main panel with three buttons. From left to right: Mist, Power, and Timer.

Located around the Timer button are three LED light bars. If you do not wish to run your humidifier continuously, you can use this button to choose a set run time.

  • Level 1: Four hours (first bar is green)
  • Level 2: Six hours (first two bars are green)
  • Level 3: Eight hours (all bars are green)

As time passes, the Timer LED lights will change levels to show how much time is left.

For example, if you set Carepod to Level 2 (six hours), after two hours, the bars will light up at Level 1 to show that there are four hours left.

We do NOT recommend adding essential or aromatherapy oils into your Carepod.

Oils can coat or damage the tank and internal parts, affecting both performance and longevity.

On the top of your Carepod, there is a main panel with three buttons. From left to right: Mist, Power, and Timer.

Look at the center button, the Power button.

  • Level 1: Lowest water level (first bar is green)
  • Level 2: Medium water level (first two bars are green)
  • Level 3: Full water level (all bars are green)

We recommend always beginning your room's hydration by filling your Carepod's water tank with distilled/filtered water to the MAX line in the water tank.

Please note that Carepod stops hydrating once it reaches its lowest water levels, leaving behind a few centimetres of water in the tank to protect its self-floating wand.

For best performance, you may swap out for fresh water every 48 hours.

We recommend placing the Carepod on a table, stool, or elevated surface that's at least 60 cm off the floor. This will help the mist circulate properly and keep it from collecting on the floor.

As an additional tip, you can decrease Mist intensity to Low (Level 1).

You can also use the Timer feature to schedule a runtime between 4 to 8 hours based on your preference.

There are two ways to clean your premium humidifier: either through gentle handwashing or sterilization.

  1. Remove three parts from your Carepod:
    • Water tank
    • Inner lid cover
    • White wand
  2. Handwash two parts – the stainless steel water tank and inner lid cover – gently with dish soap and water. You may also sterilize these two parts in boiling water.
  3. Gently wash only the bottom half of the white wand. For extra care, use a soft sponge or a gentle toothbrush. If you wish to sterilize the white wand, you may quickly dip the base into boiling water for 1-2 seconds only.
  4. When washing the white wand, take care to wash only the bottom half. Do not wash the top half, where the wand plugs into the humidifier's inner lid.
  5. Fully dry all parts with a clean towel.

Two parts of your Carepod can be sterilized in boiling water — the stainless-steel water tank and stainless-steel inner cover lid.

If you'd like to sterilize the white wand, be sure to only quickly dip the base in boiling water for 1-2 seconds.

Yes, two detachable parts of your Carepod One are dishwasher-safe:

  • Stainless steel water tank
  • Stainless steel inner lid cover

For optimal, long-lasting performance, we recommend the following:

  • Use gentle dish detergents, as harsh detergents can impact materials over time.
  • Place stainless steel items in your dishwasher's upper rack, spaced apart from other items for optimal cleaning and drying.
  • Use the dishwasher's minimum temperature setting to help prevent potential surface wear caused by prolonged exposure to higher heat settings.

Take a look at the three indicator light bars around the Power button.

Check the status:

  • Level 1 flashing red three times: This signals that your tank is filled with water. Wait a few seconds, and this alert should disappear.
  • Level 1 staying red: This means that there is not enough water for humidification. Make sure to add the right amount of water, up to (but not above) the MAX fill line. If there's enough water, this could indicate an issue with the wand. To troubleshoot:
    • Check the white wand. Unplug it from the inner lid. Examine the wand for any signs of spots or cracks. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues or hear the rattling of water, please contact our support team at support@carepodeurope.com.
  • Level 2 red: Your humidifier may be experiencing a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) error. Please contact our support team at support@carepodeurope.com.

Take a look at your Timer button.

  • Level 1 red – The red light flashing on the Timer button could indicate a potential issue with the wand or fan failure.
  • Check the white wand. Unplug it from the inner lid. Examine the wand for any signs of spots or cracks. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues or hear the rattling of water, please contact our support team at support@carepodeurope.com.

If you see no issue with the wand, but the Timer button remains red, you can contact our support team at support@carepodeurope.com.

Try these solutions:

  • Check to see if the humidifier is set to Mist Level 1 (low intensity). If it's low, you can press the Mist button to increase the intensity level for a more powerful mist.
  • Check the water level. Examine the tank to make sure that the water level is either at or right below the MAX fill line. If it's below the recommended level, please refill to the MAX fill line with filtered/distilled water.
  • Check the white wand's attachment. Is it firmly plugged into your Carepod's inner lid? Try unplugging and replugging again. When closing the lid, make sure the base of the wand is submerged in the water.
  • Examine the white wand for any signs of spots or cracks. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues or hear the rattling of water, please contact our support team at support@carepodeurope.com.
  • Clean the white wand. If the structure of the wand looks fine, but you find any substances that might be disrupting its ability to create mist, we recommend cleaning the bottom half of your wand thoroughly. You may use a soft sponge or toothbrush with soap and water to gently clean.

Check to see if the humidifier is set to Mist Level 3 (high intensity). If it is, press the Mist button to decrease the intensity level for a more gentle mist.

Try these solutions:

  • Reset your Carepod. Turn off and unplug from the power source. Give it a few minutes, then plug the unit back into the power source. Check the Power indicator light to confirm it's on. Don't forget to make sure it's a working power outlet – you can double-check with an alternate device.
  • Check the water level. Examine the tank to make sure that the water level is either at or right below the MAX fill line. Please note that Carepod stops hydrating once it reaches its lowest water levels, leaving behind a few centimetres of water in the tank to protect its self-floating wand. If the water is below the recommended level, please refill to the MAX fill line with filtered/distilled water.
  • Check the white wand's attachment. Is it firmly plugged into your Carepod's inner lid? Try unplugging and re-plugging again. When closing the lid, make sure the base of the wand is submerged in the water.
  • Examine the white wand for any signs of spots or cracks after you unplug it from the inner lid. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside.
  • Check the inner lid cover and orange silicone seal. Ensure that both pieces – lid cover and seal – are pressed in and fully secure.

Check three pieces to make sure that they are accurately positioned:

  • Water tank: The lip of the tank is aligned with the lip of Carepod's main body.
  • Inner lid cover: Fully push the cover into the inner lid using the white knob in the center.
  • Orange silicone seal: Press around the edges of the inner lid to make sure this is also fully pushed in.

We recommend placing the Carepod on a table, stool, or elevated surface that's at least 60 cm off the floor. This will help the mist circulate properly and keep it from collecting on the floor.

You can also set the Mist intensity to Low (Level 1), unless your indoor environment is especially dry or hot. To do so, press the Mist button until only the first light indicator bar turns green.

At the moment, there is no option to turn off the lights on your Carepod One.

If the lights are impacting you at night, we recommend positioning your Carepod device at an adjusted angle or position to minimize the direct impact of the indicator lights on your surroundings.

The slight change in direction will increase your comfort level regarding the lights, and due to the power of Carepod's humidifying mist, will not affect the full hydration of your bedroom.

Yes, a gentle dripping sound from your humidifier is completely normal. This is caused by water droplets or condensation falling from the stainless-steel inner lid cover into the water tank. This doesn't affect performance — your Carepod is working properly.

Check three pieces to make sure that they are accurately positioned:

  • Water tank: The lip of the tank is aligned with the lip of Carepod's main body.
  • Inner lid cover: Fully push the cover into the inner lid, using the white knob in the center.
  • Orange silicone seal: Press around the edges of the inner lid to make sure this is also fully pushed in.

If you intend to reassemble your Carepod to ensure that all parts are accurately positioned and you would like further guidance, please contact our support team at support@carepodeurope.com.

If it is, you can press the Mist button to decrease the intensity level for a more gentle mist.

Try these solutions:

  • Reset your Carepod. Turn off and unplug from the power source. Give it a few minutes, then plug the unit back into the power source. Check the Power indicator light to confirm it’s on. Don’t forget to make sure it’s a working power outlet – you can double-check with an alternate device.
  • Check the water level. Examine the tank to make sure that the water level is either at or right below the MAX fill line. Please note that Carepod stops hydrating once it reaches its lowest water levels, leaving behind a few centimetres of water in the tank to protect its self-floating wand. If the water is below the recommended level, please refill to the MAX fill line with filtered or distilled water.
  • Check the white wand’s attachment. Is it firmly plugged into your Carepod’s inner lid? Try unplugging and re-plugging again. When closing the lid, make sure the base of the wand is submerged in the water.
  • Examine the white wand for any signs of spots or cracks after you unplug it from the inner lid. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues or hear the rattling of water, please email us at support@carepodeurope.com.

You can also set the Mist intensity to Low (Level 1), unless your indoor environment is especially dry or hot. To do so, press the Mist button until only the first light indicator bar turns green.

Yes, a gentle dripping sound from your humidifier is completely normal. This is caused by water droplets or condensation falling from the stainless-steel inner lid cover into the water tank. This doesn’t affect performance — your Carepod is working properly.

At the moment, your Carepod Mini’s lights will automatically dim after a few seconds, but there is no option to completely turn them off.

If the lights are impacting you at night, we recommend positioning your Carepod device at an adjusted angle or position to minimize the direct impact of the indicator lights on your surroundings.

The slight change in direction will increase your comfort level regarding the lights, and due to the power of Carepod’s humidifying mist, it will not affect the full hydration of your bedroom.

The beeping sound cannot be turned off completely.

However, there are a few things you can do to minimize its frequency.

  • Timer: Utilize the timer feature on the humidifier. By setting a specific amount of time for it to run, it will automatically shut off after that duration, reducing the need for button presses.
  • Full Water Levels: Secondly, make sure that the water tank is filled up to (but not above) the MAX line before going to sleep. This will help minimize the need for any refilling during the night and will reduce the frequency of beeping sounds.

We do NOT recommend adding essential or aromatherapy oils into your Carepod.

Oils can coat or damage the tank and internal parts, affecting both performance and longevity.

Look at the middle button on your humidifier, the Power button.

When the first bar is illuminated green, your Carepod is at the lowest water level. When there are two green bars, the humidifier is at the medium water level.

Lastly, three green bars mean that the humidifier tank is full.

Once the water reaches a minimum level, Carepod will automatically shut off.

Up to approximately 5 cm of water will remain to protect the self-floating oscillator wand from dry run damage. To restart Carepod, simply refill the humidifier tank with distilled or filtered water for continued use.
